Nothing in this clause shall prevent jilink from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
jilink reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilink will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the jilink Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
